Аннотация: Globalization processes activated migration flows and turning of monocultural states into multicultural?ones. The problem of holding constructive dialogue between representatives of different cultures within?national borders arose. The study explains the perspective of using multiculturalism?concept for preservation of students' cultural identity. The idea of students' cultural identity preservation in multicultural environment with their positive assessment and acceptance of cultural diversity and freedom for all members of the society, based on tolerance as the basic social value was implemented. The article shows innovation of multicultural educational environment is, exercising formation of responsible tolerant personality, able to organize his activity in problem situations, having linguistic and sociocultural competence, moral consciousness and ability to adapt in diverse and multicultural world. Organization of polycultural dialogue based on supplemented educational content in real and virtual world serves as pedagogical conditions of students' cultural identity preservation in multicultural educational environment.
