Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с обоснованностью криминализации воспрепятствования законной предпринимательской или иной деятельности, необходимостью декриминализации преступления, предусмотренное ст.169 УК РФ. Автор критически оценивает существующую доктринальную позицию о необходимости декриминализации уголовной отвеПоказать полностьютственности за воспрепятствования законной предпринимательской или иной деятельности. Произведенный анализ позволил прийти к выводу, что основания для декриминализации воспрепятствования законной предпринимательской или иной деятельности отсутствуют . The article deals with the issues related to the validity of criminalization of obstruction of legitimate business or other activities, the need to decriminalize the crime provided for in article 169 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. The author critically assesses the existing doctrinal position on the need to decriminalize criminal liability for obstructing legitimate business or other activities. The analysis made it possible to come to the conclusion that there are no grounds for decriminalizing obstruction of legitimate business or other activities.
