Аннотация: In recent years, an increasing number of refractory sulfide gold-bearing ores have been involved in processing using complex combined schemes. The urgent task of gold recovery from stale products - cinders, cyanide cakes, flotation tails, etc. Currently, the reserves of precious metals in the dumps of industrial production are compПоказать полностьюarable with the explored reserves in the bowels, and they are constantly growing. Various forms of gold entering sulfides and their combinations in ores present difficulties in opening it before cyanidation. A high degree of dispersion can only affect the completeness of the extraction of «free» gold, which is observed by the example of thin long-term grinding of refractory concentrates in ball and vibratory mills. Gold in closer association with sulfides, even with a very high degree of dispersion of sulfide, is not available for cyanidation and flotation. Opening it requires a deeper volumetric energy effect on the carrier mineral. One of the promising effects of this kind is the mechanical and mechanochemical activation of the feedstock. It is believed that the MA effect acquires independent significance when using high-energy-intensive grinding devices, since the determining role is played not by the absolute value, but by the speed of mechanical loading and the pulse frequency. However, such devices as centrifugal-planetary, ball, jet mills, disintegrators, impact-reflective mills, ultrasonic dispersers, bead mills, etc. for a number of reasons have not been widely used in large-scale production. Therefore, in most enterprises, gold recovery is not more than 83%, i.e. at least 17% goes to tailings. As experiments in industrial conditions at MMC Norilsk Nickel showed, an effective combination of grinding and activation of the pyrrhotite flotation concentrate from the Mayak mine was achieved by treatment in a hydraulic shock-cavitation apparatus (GCA) due to the destruction of particles of difficult-to-reach raw materials in an aqueous medium with alternating loads in the resonant rupture mode and by increasing their chemical activity by additionally opening fine-grained gold grains by natural defects. The purpose of this study is to search and develop cost-effective ways to activate the opening of gold-containing tailings of the mill. We studied the gold content in the stagnant tails of the Saralinsky mine. X-ray analysis of the presence of gold has not been established. The cause may be its finely divided state. The largest amount of gold is contained for samples: 1-4 in the fraction (- 0.040 mm) = 4.558 g / t; 5-6 in the fraction (+ 0.071 mm) = 1.970 g / t; In the fraction (+ 0.071-0.040) mm of samples (1-4) and (5-6), gold was selected during enrichment, from 0.651 to -0.249 g / t, respectively. Mechanical activation of the entire sample should be performed to open the metal. Mechanical activation conditions: I - dry method in a planetary mill, II - wet method in a hydroper-cussion-cavitation apparatus (HCA). The largest amount of gold is contained for samples: 1-4 in the fraction (- 0.040 mm) = 4.558 g / t; 5-6 in the fraction (+ 0.071 mm) = 1.970 g / t. In the fraction (+ 0.071-0.040) mm of samples (1-4) and (5-6), gold was selected during enrichment, from 0.651 to - 0.249 g / t remained. Research on mechanical activation to continue with the definition of the method of extraction.
