Аннотация: The extraction of Cd, Ni in the systems with Cyanex 301 + R3N and Cyanex 301 + R4N has been stu-died. The purpose of the study has been to estimate the possibility of using these systems for the extraction separation of metals during the processing of technological leach solutions of Ni - Cd rechargeable batteries. It has been showПоказать полностьюn, that the Cd extraction from neutral and sulphuric acid solutions proceeds almost completely in 1-2 steps, which allows separating Cd from Ni. The stripping conditions have also been studied; sodium bisulfate, sodium thiosulfate and ammonia solutions (in different concentrations) are used as complexing agents. The most efficient stripping is possible with 4M NH4OH solution in 2-3 steps for the systems with binary extractants based on R4N (TOAB). The scheme of this process has been presented.
