Аннотация: At present, the main share of small-graded products from non-ferrous metals is produced in foundry-rolling units. This method is used in the conditions of mass and multiseries production of electrical products. For small batches, continuous extrusion methods combined with continuous casting are preferred. The results of the conductПоказать полностьюed studies show that the most preferred method for this purpose is the conform method, which is distinguished by its ease of use and the ability to combine casting and extrusion in one unit. Forced cooling of the tool will allow the implementation of a scheme for producing alloys with a non-dendritic structure in the solid-liquid state and products made from them with enhanced performance properties. At the same time, by creating conditions for intense plastic deformation, nanostructured metal products of special purpose can be obtained. The aim of the work is to substantiate the technical and technological modes of the process at the installation of conforms. The calculation of the heat balance of the metal-tool system made it possible to develop the design of a pilot plant for continuous casting and extrusion of aluminum alloys with forced cooling. The heat exchange system consists of several autonomous sections, which allow operatively adjusting the temperature of the metal supplied from the dispenser to the temperature of the extruded die from the die channel. The plant capacity depends mainly on the cooling rate of the molten metal in the groove of the wheel-mold and its dimensions. Developed pilot plant drawings. After completion of commissioning works on this unit, it is planned to conduct studies of the process modes together with employees of RUSAL ITC LLC in order to obtain products from aluminum alloys with a new set of properties.
