Аннотация: The chemiluminescent test was used to study the effect of in vitro N6-cyclohexyl adenosine (NCHA) on functional activity of blood leukocytes. Incubation with this modulator significantly changes functional activity of cells. 43% of the healthy examinees responded with more intensive chemiluminescence of granulocytes while 53% of thПоказать полностьюem showed less intensive chemiluminescence. White blood cells reaction to incubation with NCHA is unrelated to sex or age. It depends on the initial spontaneous chemiluminescence of granulocytes. Individuals with positive reaction of the leukocytes to the modulator were found to have elevated levels of blood B-lymphocytes and high immunoregulatory index. The correlation analysis has established differences in relations of leukocyte chemiluminescence parameters with parameters of immunity. Thus, the reaction of blood leukocytes to in vitro effect of NCHA may also depend on regulatory relations between the phagocytic system and cellular-humoral immunity.
