Аннотация: The article is devoted to the solution of the problem of recidivism in the Russian Federation through the duty of convicts to work. The author describes, what forms of attracting convicts to paid work there are in the Krasnoyarsk region and how labor of convicts is used. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that social sПоказать полностьюervice activity is one of the conditions for achieving the goal of criminal punishment, and, consequently, the prevention of recurrent crime.
