Аннотация: Работа посвящена исследованию проблемы формирования информационно-коммуникационной компетентности будущих учителей республики Тыва Российской Федерации с учетом требований новых ФГОС ВО 3++ педагогического образования и профессионального стандарта педагога. В настоящее время, несмотря на общее ускорение процесса информатизации обраПоказать полностьюзования, многие учителя различных направлений подготовки, в том числе гуманитарного профиля, отмечают недостаточность вузовской подготовки для решения профессиональных задач, связанных с применением ИКТ в будущей профессиональной деятельности. В связи с этим становится актуальной разработка и реализация новых подходов к подготовке будущих учителей, ориентированных на формирование профессиональной информационно-коммуникационной компетентности (далее ИКТ-компетентности). В работе предпринята попытка построения учебного процесса с использованием электронной среды, обеспечивающего формирование профессиональной ИКТ-компетентности будущих учителей направления «Родной (тувинский) язык и литература» с учетом языковых, региональных и этнопсихологических особенностей их профессиональной деятельности. Представленные результаты получены в рамках соглашения о сетевом взаимодействии между Тувинским государственным университетом и Сибирским федеральным университетом, направленным на развитие электронной информационно-образовательной среды, включающей адаптивные электронные обучающие курсы. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при формировании профессиональной ИКТ-компетентности учителей различных направлений подготовки для системы образования Республики Тыва, а также для других малочисленных народов России. The article is devoted to studying the issues of the development of information and communicative competence for future teachers of the Tyva Republic of the Russian Federation with regard to the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standards 3++ of pedagogical education and the professional standard of the teacher. Presently, despite the general acceleration of education informatization, many teachers of various subjects, including the humanities, remark the insufficiency of the university training to solve professional tasks referring to the application of ICT in future professional activity. As a result of it, we point out the topicality of the development and implementation of new approaches to the training of future teachers aimed at the development of information and communicative competence (further referred to as ICT competence). The article presents an attempt to organize learning process with the use of electronic environment providing the development of professional ICT competence of future teachers of the Tuvan language with regard to language, regional, ethnopsychological, and cultural peculiarities of their professional activity. The produced results have been obtained in the realm of the network interaction agreement between Tuvan State University and Siberian Federal University aimed at the development of electronic educational environment including electronic adaptive resources and courses. The results of the study can be used to develop professional ICT competence of teachers of various fields for the Tuvan educational system as well as for other small-numbered peoples of Russia.
