Аннотация: Most RusHydro hydroelectric power stations have stationary systems that monitor the vibration state of the hydraulic unit, the shaft fight and the air gap between the stator and the rotor. Monitoring is at best carried out by the staff of the station, according to the documents. Diagnosis of the technical condition of the hydraulicПоказать полностьюunit is carried out either by the personnel of the station or by a hired organization with a certain periodicity (at least 1 time per year). This frequency depends on the evaluation of the technical condition of the previous vibration tests. But there is one significant drawback in this technique. At the Branches the control is carried out by different systems and different sensors. They meet the requirements of the documents that the lowest frequency range of the sensor measurement should be 0.8 Hz. But in the Branches of the company there are hydraulic units, the rotation speed of which is slightly more or less than 60 rpm. And for these hydraulic units, the sensor with a lower frequency range of 0.8 Hz will not record the most necessary parameter at the reverse frequency. In contrast to the standard, in the technical literature there is a requirement that the lower range of the sensor should be equal to half the reverse frequency minus the error of the sensor. All of the above encourages the revision of the documents in terms of the requirements for the sensors.
