Аннотация: The question on necessity of replacement of Kaplan turbines reached the end of its primary period of service (including service life) on modern turbines every year becomes more urgent. This is primarily due to the occurrence of a large number of defects during operation, the elimination of which does not tolerate until the next maiПоказать полностьюntenance or overhaul of the hydraulic unit. To eliminate some defects (for example, blade oil leaks) require submission of unplanned applications for withdrawal of equipment in emergency repair or forced downtime. Rotary-blade turbines of the old type are rather strongly subject to structural failures and defects, most of which are manifested at the "distance" of operation (more than a few decades after the commissioning of the hydraulic turbine installation), which leads to frequent finishing and repair work on the hydraulic turbine and its auxiliary equipment, consequently, to a rise in the cost of operation of the hydraulic unit. The vast majority of hydroelectric power plants in Russia are equipped with rotary-blade turbines, for example, these turbines are equipped with all the hydroelectric stations of the Volga-Kama cascade (Volzhskaya HPP, Zhigulevskaya HPP, Saratov HPP, Kama HPP, Votkinsk HPP, Nizhnekamsk HPP), as well as Cheboksary and others. ?
