Аннотация: This paper examines the effect of electric field perturbation by an inclusion in a single-crystal matrix. The equations obtained indicate a redistribution of current density in a single crystal with second phase inclusions. It is shown that the deformation of spherical inclusions when they are forced out of the volume of the singleПоказать полностьюcrystal by the current cannot be associated either with the thermoelectromotive force developing at the single-crystal-melt boundary or with electrotransport of impurities in the melt.
