Аннотация: Изобретение относится к области разработки взрывчатых составов, применяемых при взрывных работах в горном деле, в том числе в породах и рудах, содержащих сульфиды. Предложен эмульсионный взрывчатый состав, содержащий дисперсию водного раствора аммиачной селитры и карбамида или уротропина в среде из смеси углеводородного горючего и эмульгирующего состава и сенсибилизатор. В качестве эмульгирующего состава он содержит соединения, выбранные из числа аминопроизводных полиизобутиленянтарных ангидридов, в качестве углеводородного горючего - индустриальное масло или его смесь с петролатумом в соотношении 0,1÷1,0, а в качестве сенсибилизатора - твердые пористые частицы, или водный раствор нитрита натрия, или его смесь с раствором формальдегида. Передложен также способ получения данного эмульсионного взрывчатого состава. Изобретение направлено на создание эмульсионного взрывчатого состава с высокой физической стабильностью при длительном хранении, в том числе при отрицательных температурах. 2 н. и 4 з.п. ф-лы, 1 табл. FIELD: mining; methods of production of the emulsion explosive compositions. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of development of the explosive compositions applied at the blasting operations in mining, including in the rocks and the ores containing sulfides. The offered emulsion explosive composition contains a dispersion of the water solution of ammonium nitrate and carbamidum or urotropine in the medium composed of the mixture of a hydrocarbon combustible, an emulsifying composition and a sensitizer. As the emulsifying composition it contains the compounds selected from among amino derivatives of the polyisobutylenesuccinic anhydrides, as the hydrocarbon fuel - the industrial oil or its mixture with petrolatum ointment in the ratio of 0.1ч 1.0, and as the sensitizer - the solid porous particles or the water solution of sodium nitrite, or its mixture with the solution of formaldehyde. The invention also offers the method of production of the given emulsion explosive composition. The invention allows to create the emulsion explosive composition with the high physical stability at a prolonged storage, including the storage at the subzero temperatures.
