Пилотная установка содержит перегонную камеру для растительного сырья, имеющую общую стПоказать полностьюенку с парогенератором. Парогенератор содержит топку, труба которой расположена в пароподогревателе. Парогенератор соединен с парораспределителем. Парораспределитель выполнен в виде равноудаленных паропроводящих штанг с равномерно расположенными по всей длине отверстиями. Парораспределитель установлен в перегонной камере. Перегонная камера содержит кассеты для укладки растительного сырья. Установка также содержит систему охлаждения, соединенную с парогенератором посредством трубопровода для его подпитки горячей водой. В верхней части перегонной камеры установлен патрубок, соединенный с паропроводом, выходящим из парогенератора. В парогенераторе установлена емкость для сбора кубового конденсата. Сборник флорентинной воды и система охлаждения соединены с парогенератором для его дополнительной подпитки водой, содержащей растворенную фракцию эфирного масла. The pilot installation contains the vegetable raw material distillation chamber having the common wall with the steam generator. The steam generator contains the burner, the chimney of which is located in the steam preheater. The steam generator is connected with the steam distributor. The steam distributor is made in the form of the equidistant steam- conducting bars with the holes uniformly located along the whole its length. The steam distributor is mounted in the distillation chamber. The distillation chamber contains the cartridges for stacking the vegetable raw material. The installation also contains the cooling system connected to the steam generator by the pipeline for its supply with the hot water. In the upper part of the distillation chamber there is a branch-pipe connected to the steam conduit coming out of the steam generator. In the steam generator there is the tank for collection of the still condensate. The collector of the phloretin waters and the cooling system are connected to the steam generator for its additional supply with the water containing the dissolved fraction of the essential oil.
