Изобретение относится к технологии получения 1,4,3,6-диангидро-Д-сорбита динитрата, являющегося субстанцией лекарственного препарата "нитросорбид". Способ получения 1,4,3,6-диангидро-Д-сорбита динитрата заключается в нитровании в 5,1-6,9 мас.д. азотной кислоты при температуре 0-17^oС 1 мас. д. 1,4,3,6-диангидро-Д-сорбита динитрата, содержащего 0,5-9,5% воды, подаваемого на нитрование с температурой 40-80^oС. По завершении процесса реакционная масса разбавляется промывной водой до содержания азотной кислоты 20-25%, нитросорбид отфильтровывается от отработанной кислоты и промывается водой. Предложенное техническое решение позволит сократить расход азотной кислоты, повысить производительность процесса нитрования, уменьшить количество отработанной азотной кислоты, направляемой на регенерацию. 1 табл.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesis of 1,4,3,6-dianhydro-D-sorbitol dinitrate that is a substance of a medicinal preparation "nitrosorbid". Method of synthesis of 1,4,3,6-dianhydro-D- -sorbitol dinitrate involves nitration reaction of 1 mas. p. p. of 1,4,3,6- -anhydro-D-sorbitol dinitrate containing 0.5-9.5% of water feeding to nitration at temperature 40-80 C with 5.1-6.9 mas.pts of nitric acid at temperature 0-17 C. After termination of the process the reaction mass is diluted with washing out water up to the content of nitric acid 20-25% and nitrosorbid is filtered off from the spent acid and washed out with water. Said technical procedure ensures to decrease the consumption of nitric acid, enhance output of the nitration process, decrease the amount of the spent nitric acid feeding to regeneration.
