Аннотация: The paper deals with the problems of professional competence formation associated with the ability to interact and perform certain roles in the group, examines the willingness to work in a team of university students studying in the direction of management. The paper presents the main types and characteristics of teams, reveals theПоказать полностьюdependence of the correct goal setting for effective team management. The necessity of special training in teamwork skills in the process of group tasks is substantiated. The paper presents some features and results of such training, as well as the results of the implementation of team building method in the process of teaching students. The stages of team building in the student group are defined and recommendations on the use of team building in the educational process are developed. The authors propose methodological techniques that allow students to activate team activity in the process of joint work on the educational task of both team members and the whole group. The use of team building as an educational technology leading to effective interaction of students and group cohesion is substantiated. © 2020 Academic Conferences Limited. All rights reserved.
