Аннотация: The article tells about the components of a bank, which deal with liquidity management. Once these liquidity management units are recognized and the management structure is defined, it is important to understand the liquidity control and management process. Incorrect interaction between the divisions, the erroneous construction of Показать полностьюthe structure of subdivisions and the fact that the unbalanced liquidity management function sometimes belongs to more than one structural unit are all factors that complicate the management process. Accordingly, the article proposes measures to improve it.
