Аннотация: Changing the domestic needs of the economy with regard digital, cognitive, and innovative technologies, is one of the most topical issues of managing regional labor markets. The emergence of this problem for the Krasnoyarsk Territory is due to a number of factors, including the multidimensional economy of the region, as well as theПоказать полностьюsectoral unevenness of innovative activity. This situation leads to the need to simultaneously reproduce in the economy of the region labor resources with different levels and types of competencies, both traditional and innovative. The demand for employees with special knowledge, skills, qualifications, and soft-skills competencies is increasing. The authors identify relationship between the development of modern technologies (digital, intellectual, smart, etc.) and typical changes taking place in the knowledge, skills, and efficiencies of professional personnel.
