Аннотация: В статье рассматривается проблема ресурсного обеспечения развития инновационной ООП «Инженерный бакалавриат CDIO», реализующей в Институте цветных металлов и материаловедения Сибирского федерального университета новые образовательные практики подготовки бакалавров в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС ВО и идеологией международной иниПоказать полностьюциативы CDIO. На основе SWOT-анализа состояния и условия развития ООП выявлены группы стратегических задач: модернизация образовательного процесса; развитие научно-исследовательской работы и инновационной деятельности ППС; укрепление кадрового потенциала; укрепление сетевого взаимодействия с работодателями на всех этапах реализации ООП (целеполагание, проектирование, реализация и контроль результатов); модернизация управления процессом подготовки бакалавров через реализацию практики управления по ООП; создание среды личностного развития студентов через развитие соуправления реализацией ООП; формирование профессионально ориентированного контингента абитуриентов на принципах обеспечения высоких академических показателей, адресной ориентации на абитуриентов и их родителей и работодателей; развитие материально-технической базы для обеспечения научно-исследовательской и проектной деятельности студентов и ППС. Определены этапы реализации и развития ООП: этап стратегической готовности (2015-2016 гг.), этап инновационного развития (2016-2020 гг.) и этап устойчивого инновационного развития (с 2020 г.). Приведены программы решения стратегических задач по модернизации образовательного процесса и укреплению сетевого взаимодействия с работодателями. The article deals with the problem of providing resources to the innovative educational program “CDIO engineering baccalaureate”, introducing new educational practices of training bachelors in compliance with the requirements of the National Education Standards of Higher Education and the worldwide CDIO Initiative at the Institute of Nonferrous Metals and Materials Science of the Siberian Federal University. The authors of the article identify the groups of strategic objectives on the basis of the SWOT analysis of the state of the educational program and conditions for its development: the modernisation of the educational process; the development of research activities of teaching staff; the strengthening of human resources; the strengthening of networking with employers at all stages of the development of the educational program (goal-setting, planning, implementation and assessment of results); the modernisation of the management of the process of training bachelors through management practices by the educational program; the creation of the environment for students' personal development through the development of the co-management of the implementation of the educational program; the formation of professionally focused university entrants on the basis of the principles of ensuring high academic performance, focusing on students and their parents and employers; the development of the material and technical base for providing support to students and teachers in their research and project activities. The stages of the implementation and development of the educational program include strategic readiness (20152016), innovative development (2016-2020), sustainable innovative development (since 2020).
