Аннотация: Рассматриваются принципы организации работы с индивидуальными траекториями развития младших школьников в контексте решения задачи достижения планируемых результатов начального образования в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС НОО. В статье автор обращает внимание на недостатки существующей организации работы с индивидуальной траекториПоказать полностьюей развития младших школьников и предлагает рассмотреть этапы урока, в котором обучающиеся занимают субъектную позицию по отношению к своим образовательным результатам. Обращение в данной статье к термину «индивидуальная траектория развития» связано с тем, что понятие «индивидуальная образовательная траектория», на наш взгляд, имеет отношение скорее к организации работы с обучающимися в рамках адаптивной образовательной программы. Такие программы предназначены для обучения лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья с учетом особенностей их психофизического развития и индивидуальных возможностей. В то время как термин «индивидуальная образовательная траектория развития» понимается как персональный путь реализации личностного потенциала каждого ученика в образовании. The article deals with the question of individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren in the context of solving the problem of achieving the intended outcomes of primary education in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education. The author draws attention to the shortcomings ofthe existing model of an individual trajectory of development of junior schoolchildren in the article, and she proposes a new model where pupils take the subject position in relation to their educational results. The treatment of the term "individual trajectory of development" in this article due to the fact that the concept of "individual educational trajectory", in our opinion, has more to do with the organisation of work with pupils in the adaptive education programme. Such programmes are designed to teach persons with disabilities taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, individual possibilities. At the same time, the term "individual educational trajectory of development" is understood as a personal way of realising of the personal potential of each pupil in education.
