Аннотация: Рассмотрен метод измерения разности фаз, позволяющий исключить погрешность, вызванную некогерентностью сигналов. Отмечено, что в основу метода положено ортогональное измерение разности фаз с предварительным вычислением (измерением) частот сигналов и дальнейшей вторичной обработкой полученных результатов измерения. In different radiПоказать полностьюo engineering systems for obtaining coordinate information on an object primary parameter - a phase time delay is widely used in case of distribution of a signal. The classical principle of operation phase meters is based on measurement of a phase difference two coherent signals. In many cases of practice the condition of coherence is satisfied not always that results in need of use of other methods complicating instrumental implementation, or leading, for example, to lowering of accuracy a coordinate binding. Need of measurement of a phase difference between two incoherent signals arises when checking frequencies of two out-of-synchronization high-stable generators, or in tasks of determination of coordinates of unauthorized sources of radio-frequency radiation that confirms relevance a problem of classical phase meters. The received results of a research say that use of an orthogonal method for measurement a phase difference of incoherent signals is possible, but secondary processing of result of measurement is necessary. Secondary processing result of measurement consists in computation of the true value a phase of the accepted signal, on the known measured values frequencies of the accepted and reference signal. Formulas for secondary to processing are given in article. Thus, by development of phase meters measurement a phase difference of incoherent signals requires mandatory preliminary computation (measurement) of frequencies signals and the secondary processing of results measurement a phase difference described above in this article which will lead to obtaining the true value a phase of the accepted, or measured signal. Besides, authors consider expedient to continue to work in this direction and to research noise influence, and also influence a measurement error of frequencies of signals on results of measurement a phase difference of incoherent signals.
