Описаны основные модули, необходимые для математического моделирования локальной системы навигации, их назначение и выполняемые функции. As is known, the inadequate accuracy of navigational support for global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), as well as low noise immunity of navigation equipment operating on GLONASS / GPS signals are the main reasons for not using SRNS signals to provide aircraft landing, navigation when navigating in port waters and performing special marine and river works. Application in systems of short-range radio navigation (SHORAN) of pseudolites (PL) allows to solve the problem of relatively high error in navigational determinations, as well as to increase noise immunity in conditions of active counteraction. The large volume and specificity of the tasks to be solved in the design of SHORAN basis on PL tasks leads to the necessity of creating a special research technique using the imitation device - the reproduction on a computer of a complex of mathematical models for the functioning of the technical system being designed. The purpose of this work is to present the general concept of computer modeling SHORAN based on PL and an overview of possible ways of its implementation. Current trends in the development of SHORAN based on PL require a comprehensive computer simulation of the processes of interaction of the PS with the propagation medium, modeling the functioning of navigation equipment. The main purpose of creating a computer model SHORAN based on PL is to simulate the options for constructing the system, the effect of the configuration of the PL on the accuracy of the coordinates, the effectiveness of the applied algorithms for determining the coordinates. An important direction in the construction of SHORAN based on PL is the use of its computer model to identify design errors of the main incoming subsystems in the early stages of their creation without the use of bench equipment, reducing the costs and time of further testing. At the first stage of the work on the formation of the computer model, a study of the structure SHORAN based on PL was carried out, an analysis of its functioning was carried out, and the order of interaction of the component parts of the system. During the study of the functioning of the system it was revealed that the computer model should contain components that simulate physical processes and technical principles of the functioning of the hardware components of the system. Based on the results of these studies, the structure of the computer model was developed. The computer model developed for this structure will allow: calculate the parameters of the navigation field depending on the characteristics of the PL; investigate the correlation properties of different types of navigation signals; to investigate the influence of various factors on the error of navigation measurements.
