Аннотация: Проведен расчет эффективности виброизоляции трех типов виброгасителей. Приведены сравнения результатов расчета, а также предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности виброзащиты данной системы. This equipment during operation is significantly affected by shocks and vibrations transmitted directly from the transport base and the installed additional equipments, so that the task of protecting electronic equipment becomes the most important. In this paper, as a test object, one of the devices of the mobile communication station, manufactured at the company «Radiosviaz» was taken. A special feature of the task is to check the efficiency of the selected vibration dampers for specific equipment. For the calculation was used a simplified analysis since the system has one degree of freedom. Calculation showed that on the low frequency range of the efficiency of vibration isolation of installed the shock absorbers is equal to 48%, which in this case is not enough. To increase the effectiveness of vibration protection, a dynamic calculation of other types of vibration dampers was carried out. As a result of calculation of the three types of the vibration dampers, the damper AD-1.5 showed the greatest efficiency in the low-frequency section. However, considering that this vibration isolator has the lowest coefficient of rigidity, it is expedient for more effective protection against shock effects, it is recommended to use additional the damping elements simultaneously with this type of vibration isolator, allowing to compensate impact impacts with amplitude H = 15g and duration greater than t = 12 ms. To improve the efficiency of vibration isolation at low frequency for a system with one degree of freedom, it is recommended to choose a two-sided installation scheme for the vibration isolators. As a result of which the system allows to reduce the amplitude of displacements of the protected object by two times while maintaining the parameters of the disturbing impact, in addition, such a construction makes the system more rigid, shifts its own frequency to the region of higher frequencies. To use the method it is possible to develop a small calculation module to automate the selection process of vibration isolators for specific equipment, which allows you to take into account all the characteristics and operating modes of this system, which will significantly increase efficiency.
