Аннотация: The Charter of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is the basic normative legal act of the region. In accordance with the Federal Constitutional Law No. 6-FKZ of October 14, 2005, "On the Formation of a New Subject of the Russian Federation in the Russian Federation as a result of the merger of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Taimyr (Dolgano-Показать полностьюNenets) Autonomous District and the Evenk Autonomous District" The new subject of the Russian Federation is the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Its preamble reflected the right to the dignity of citizens residing in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the right to the dignity of the Krasnoyarsk Territory itself.
