Аннотация: Bioluminescent method for measurements of the neutrophilic NAD(P)-dependent dehydrogenases (lactate dehydrogenase, NAD-dependent malate dehydrogenase, NADP-dependent decarboxylating malate dehydrogenase, NAD-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase, and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) is developed. The ?method is tried in patients with diffuse purulent peritonitis.
