Аннотация: Одна из главных проблем градостроительства сегодня - сохранение исторической застройки в -условиях урбанизации. В статъерассматривается отечественный и зарубежный опыт по размещению рекламных и информационных носителей и описывается процесс исследования информационного поля культурно-исторического центра г. Красноярска. РазрабатываПоказать полностьюется и применяется методика компьютерного анализа для построения колористической схемы средств визуальных коммуникаций и регламентирования рекламных конструкций на фасадах памятников архитектуры. One of the main problems of urban development today - the preservation of historical buildings in conditions of urbanization. The article deals with domestic and foreign experience in the placement of advertising and information carriers and describes the created computer analysis method for building a color scheme means of visual communication. Cultural and historical center of the city means historically formed space with developed social and cultural, recreational and economic ties, conditionally limited by territorial boundaries. Information field - a spatial characteristic of the environment as a synthesis of texts, symbols, images and all information elements of visual environment, which affects humans in the existing urban environment. That is highlighted by these criteria objects are defined as self-contained elements capable of arguing with architectural buildings, and even affect the image of the city as a whole. Becomes relevant regulation and control of advertising and information carriers. For the research, has been chosen the most interesting fragment of the historic center with a lot of monuments. Examining the typology of advertising and information carriers period of development of the Krasnoyarsk city was obtained idea about their location and design at that time. After studying the "Architecture and Art regulation of placement of outdoor advertising and information in the city of Kazan" was developed a proposal for a regulation of the design of advertising and information carriers in the Krasnoyarsk city. In addition to the analysis of the existing proposals for the placement of advertising structures, it has been allocated three components of design of structures themselves. Such regulations shall apply to: size of the structure, the architecture of the font, color scheme. Research found what demand the creation of a color model information field of objects of cultural heritage. For this was used method of computer analysis of color solutions facades of buildings. On the basis of which has been drawn up coloristic scheme environment and reorganized the information field of the fragment of the Krasnoyarsk city, that does not meet the historical and cultural features of the place. As a result, was proposed a new method of urban design historic environment based on the use of means of computer technology. We found a solution that meets the rules of legal regulation that can protect the facades of monuments from pollution of advertising.
