Аннотация: In this paper, rules of the segmentation of cloud cover for SPOT-4 satellite images, which permit reducing the segmentation error of cloud cover to 10%, and a method of measurement of a cluster of clouds as image regions are proposed. © 2011 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
