Аннотация: Magnetic Co1-xCux alloys in the form of single-crystal and polycrystalline films were grown under strongly nonequilibrium conditions using magnetron and triode sputtering techniques. It was found that these alloys could be obtained not only in the expected face-centered cubic structure, but also in a tetragonal phase, undetected eaПоказать полностьюrlier for present alloys.
