Аннотация: A system of linear vortexes is considered as a model of two-dimensional turbulence. An exact solution is obtained for the problem of interaction between three vortexes-the first elementary interaction act in the kinetics of isotropic turbulence. This problem illustrates the tendency of energy transfer in the spectrum from small to Показать полностьюlarge scales in a two-dimensional flow. A stationary solution of the equation for the defining functional of the vortex system is obtained which corresponds to an energy spectrum E(k)=x2sigma/4pik (x is the intensity and sigma-the density of the vortex distribution). A number of properties of the fine structure of an inhomogeneous turbulent flow are deduced on basis of an analysis of the hierarchy of s-vortex distributions..
