Аннотация: The paper considers the issue of estimating the value of real estate through a sample of observations using nonparametric estimation of the regression function. The problem is solved on the base of the sample containing data on oneroom apartments in Krasnoyarsk city. Computational experiments shows the high accuracy of the obtainedПоказать полностьюestimate.
