Аннотация: Individual house is designed for a family of five. The main objective of the project - to create a compact, ergonomic, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly modern residential building with a built-in garage. The composition of the project: master plan, situational scheme, floor plans, facades, sections, photo model. General pПоказать полностьюlan of the site is divided into the following functional areas: entrance area, playground, seating area, economic zone, sports area. Entrance to the house is located on the south side, entrance to the garage on the east side. The core of space-planning decision is a spacious hall with a staircase from which we find ourselves in different rooms on all floors. The house is built in a modern Japanese style. The main feature of this house - walls passing into the roof, "sandwiched" between two walls, echoing the outline of the house. The harmonious combination of dark and light colors creates unique image of the house. The house was built on the project, harmoniously fit into the environment. Due to its compactness, ergonomics, environmental friendliness, functionality and energy efficiency people living in this house, will feel comfortable at any season, at any weather.
