Аннотация: The project houses farmsteads, total area - 291,6 m 2, designed for the district of Krasnoyarsk region where climate is sharply continental, terrain is with sharp elevation of 3,125 m. The house is located directly on the terrain. The task of creating a conceptual design of a residential house was the creation of a coПоказать полностьюmfortable house for a family of four, interesting architectural solutions with preservation of natural terrain. The floors are shifted relative to each other at 1,525 m. Floor height is 3 meters. The conditional mark ±0,000 of clean floor is the first floor. The layout of the houses is resolved in four levels: the first floor has a vestibule with a spacious lounge and hallway, dining kitchen, utility room. On the -0,450 m, there are storage rooms and a garage with entrance from the street. On the -1,525 m office and living room with exit to the terrace leading to the rear yard are placed. On the -3,000 m sauna and a gym with natural light are placed. On the +1,525 m there are two bedrooms for children and one bedroom for adults, two bathrooms and a mansard. The house is made of brick with a combined type of roof. The levels of floors are connected by wooden stairs. On the main facade there is a pergola. There is a staircase to the left of the house which placed on the mark -1,525 for easy travel to the outdoor terrace.
