Аннотация: Individual house is designed for a family of four. Composition of the project: general plan of the site, floor plans, facades, sections, 3D model of the house. The site is located in Russia, Krasnoyarsk, in "Udachniy" district on Troickaya street. The territory has a slight relief, surrounded by cottage development. On the plot of Показать полностьюland detached garage for one car, sports playground, working area with a small garden, recreation area with pool and sauna are provided. Residential building has an area of 250 m 2. Because of the small area, space of the house is used most rational in the project, it is confirmed by the absence unexploited attic and having all the necessary facilities. The house is well lit thanks to the large windows and stained glass. Two-storey cottage planning solution provides a comprehensive view of the comfort of a private house.
