Аннотация: The house is intended for accommodation of a family of 4 or 5 people. The monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton has a filling of intervals of load-bearing walls with a brick or foamed concrete. A constructive solution of the roof is without attic space. The house is three stories high. On the first floor there are an entrance area and common family room (cooking area: kitchen, dining room, sitting area - living room), and also garage and workshop. On the second floor there are personal residential and utility rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms) and arts studio. On the underground floor there are utility room (storage, vegetable storage and laundry) and also fitness room, sauna and swimming pool.
