Аннотация: Residential building is designed in Krasnoyarsk in the cottage Successful. The proposed facility is located on a plot of 1200 m 2. House area is of 250 m 2. Residential house built for one family consisting of four people. The house has two floors: on the ground floor - dining area, sitting area, office,Показать полностьюpantry, laundry room; on the second floor - sleeping area. For this project a monolithic wall construction system is used. The design fits into the natural landscape, the smooth curve of winds along the foot of the mountain without breaking its structure, but connecting with it in a single unit. The project includes situational scheme, general plan, three of the facades, a detailed plan of the first and second floors, section, and perspective view.
