In the architectural composition of the house there are the volumes of the side blocks. Side blocks have a flat roof. The central unit covered with a sloping roof. The entrance is accented by a decorative wall with a door. From the yard attached to the house there is a terrace. The facades are made of white plaster. Also, the facades are decorated with wooden planks, which serve as shade and decorative elements. Technical and economic performance of buildings: residential area - 202 m 2, total area - 409 m 2, building area - 208 m 2, total construction volume - 1792 m 3, plot size - 1640 m 2.
