Аннотация: We studied seasonal changes in the state of the pigment apparatus of the chloroplasts of "evergreen" tissues (bark, needle parenchyma) in a series of woody and shrubby plants growing in the forest-steppe zone of the Krasnoyarsk region. Monitoring of the indicated changes was conducted by means of periodic registration of heat-inducПоказать полностьюed transitions of the zero level of Chl fluorescence under conditions of smooth (2.5-degrees-C.min-1) heating of the sample from 25 to 70-degrees. Significant differences were detected in the nature of thermograms in actively vegetating (summer) and dormant (winter) plants. Gradual exchange of the nature of registered curves was observed observed during the transitional seasons (spring, fall). Analysis of the obtained results enables us to hypothesize that differences between the summer and winter types of thermograms are associated not so much with seasonal changes in the quantitative ratio of the main chlorophyll-protein complexes as with qualitative transitions of physicochemical properties of the complexes themselves and/or the thylakoid membrane components in which they are localized.
