Аннотация: The interaction between Fusarium sporotrichioides MG-33/98, biocontrol strain Trichoderma asperellum MG-97 and seedlings of Larix sibirica L. was investigated in model system of a various variants. It have been established, that pathogen with infections loading 6.0 x 10(5) propagules/cm(2), causing 100 % damage of seedlings. The 50Показать полностью% dead seedlings doze consisted of 3.3 x 10(5) propagules/cm(2). The treatment of T asperellum limited quantity of phytopathogenic fungi considerably by decreasing the damage and infection of seedlings root system and increasing its germination. The doze of the treatment by biocontrol agent equal to 18 x 10(5) spores/cm(2) was shown to be the most effective.
