Аннотация: The kinetic regularities of the dissolution of sulfur in tetrachloroethylene (TCE), which depend on the temperature, hydrodynamic conditions, and TCE concentration, are presented. Using the rotating disc method, it is revealed that this process occurs in a mixed mode; its diffusion and kinetic components are revealed. The reaction Показать полностьюorder of the kinetic component of the dissolution rate of sulfur by TCE is 1.5, while the experimental activation energy of the process is 39.2 +/- 2.0 kJ/mol. The activation energy of the diffusion component of the convective mass transfer during the dissolution of sulfur in TCE is 28.0 +/- 2 kJ/mol.
