Аннотация: The comparative analysis of the results of conservative management of the patients with cicatricial adhesive epiduritis from two groups (basic and control) was been performed. In the basic group the standard conservative therapy was supplemented with the method of barotherapy. Preliminary comparative analysis of result of the managПоказать полностьюement of the cases the from basic and control groups demonstrates the noticeable advantages of this method of treatment, So excellent and good results were better in basic group compared with control group by 8,9% (p= 0,046). Finally, the authors make a conclusion that the barotherapy together with the standard conservative treatment is an effective and pathogenetically proved method for patients after microdiscectomy recovering radiculopathy
