Аннотация: This work is devoted to the issue of beam output optimization during electron beam welding of thin-walled structures. Authors develop a model for optimizing the electron beam output mode, which considers the dynamics of the thermal process in the welded joint zone and depends on the electron beam input mode, the geometric dimensionПоказать полностьюs of the product, and the technological parameters used in the welding process. Based on the proposed approach, a prototype of a software control system for electron beam welding with optimization of the electron beam output was implemented, which allows control at all stages of the technological process. © 2022 The Authors.
