Аннотация: The article is devoted to the formation of assessment tools for monitoring threats to the innovative development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation from the perspective of criteria for efficiency and sustainability of performance. Taking into consideration investigated approaches and advantages and disadvantages Показать полностьюidentified in the course of the research, the author developed an assessment approach of the efficiency of the regional sustainable innovative development from the perspective of sustainability. The assessment mechanism is based on the calculation of the integral index for two projections (innovative potential and innovative development efficiency). Testing of the current approach is implemented on the example of the resource-type regions of the Russian Federation. The research results can be used by regional government to monitor risks and threats in the innovation sector, as well as to adjust existing regulatory and strategic documents and improve mechanisms to ensure sustainable regional innovative development. © Siberian Federal University.
