Аннотация: The article analyzes the road traffic accident rate in Russia and the Krasnoyarsk territory. As a way to reduce traffic accident rate on road sections outside built-up areas, a system for alerting drivers in conditions of a lack of visual information about a possible emergency situation is proposed.
