Аннотация: The effect of temperature within the range 379-1026 K on the specific heat of thulium orthovanadate TmVO4 obtained by solid-phase synthesis was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. From the experimental dependence C (p) = f(T), which is described by the equation C (p) = (136.46 +/- 0.47) + (15.5 +/- 0.5) x 10(-3) T - (17.5Показать полностью+/- 0.6) x 10(5)T(-2), the thermodynamic functions of the oxide compound were calculated.
