Аннотация: The possibility of light-controllable formation of heterogeneous nanostructures containing resonant metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles is considered. Interaction energy between light-induced dipole polarization of nanoparticles at modest light intensity can be much more than the thermal motion energy.
