Аннотация: Features of the housing construction which was carried out in the cities of Siberia in 1920-1930, processes of social and economic transformations of urban settlements are considered. The attempt to solve of a housing crisis in the city of Krasnoyarsk is shown on the example of design and construction of a stone residental area.
