Аннотация: The composition and properties of Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O HTSCs are studied, in relation to doping with fluorite-related metal fluorides (CaF2, SrF2, BaF2, SrF2-BaF2 (1:1) solid solution, CdF2) by X-ray powder diffraction and resistivity R(T) and magnetic X'(T) measurements. The specified fluorides react with the Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O system to formПоказать полностьюBaF2. The properties of doped superconductors depend on the dopant. Doping the Ba2Ca2Cu3O7 + 1/2Tl2O3 + NH4NO3 system with strontium and cadmium fluorides results in two solid solutions, Ba1 - xSrxF2 and CdO · BaF2, which substantially affect the superconductor properties. The solid solutions were identified in the SrF2 + BaO and CdF2 + BaO model systems.
