Аннотация: Abstract: A model of an organic solar cell based on a Tamm plasmon polariton localized at the boundary of the active layer doped with plasmonic nanoparticles and a multilayer mirror is proposed. It is shown that the integral absorption in the active layer can be increased by 10% compared to the optimized planar solar cell. © 2020, Показать полностьюPleiades Publishing, Ltd.
