Аннотация: The article on the basis of archival and published sources on the specific example of society Prieniseyskoy Siberia of 1914-1918 examines the potential social mobility refugees of the World War I, analyzes the measures and forms of social support aimed at maintaining life support in terms of property loss of social status. The authПоказать полностьюors come to the following conclusions on the example of the Yenisei province. During the First world war it had gained the considerable experience in attracting additional resources at the time of emergencies. Developed specific activities in the field, designed to improve the status of large population groups moved in order to avoid the criminalization of the situation created by the territorial group assistance. Although the military situation was in this period of severe, order, safety and nutrition of refugees were organized well. Most of the refugees in a fairly short period of time reached their destinations. In the case of an effective material assistance and social support the real bitterness of loss decreased significantly. However, the migration mobility of refugees had been low, and the possibility of their adaptation to Siberian conditions were insignificant due to the prevalence among them women, old men, and children with low skills on the labor market. The forced migrants were observed the identity crisis, experiencing trauma led to psychological consequences. There was a disconnection from their social, ethnic community.
