Аннотация: The IR absorption spectra of gallium trifluoride and indium trifluoride glasses are analyzed in terms of the complex-cluster theory of salt melts combined with the percolation theory. Differences in the second coordination spheres for different glass-forming metals are revealed, and the structure model of the glasses analyzed is prПоказать полностьюoposed. The predicted structural differences between indium and gallium trifluoride glasses correlate with the dynamics of the fluorine subsystem from 19F NMR data.
