Аннотация: The article gives an estimation of the technical condition of objects of Evenkia and Taymyr settlements and presents a research of a modern settlement model taking into account the traditions of the native small-numbered peoples of the Far North. First, there is a description of the northern settlements of Essey and Nosok. Namely, Показать полностьюthe authors consider constructive features, materials, applied to erection of buildings under northern conditions, a lay-out, and erection methods. Then, they single out the basic shortcomings of the construction of the houses which don't conform to the technical requirements and describe the infringements, which have been revealed during the inspection, and finally, there is a description of the settlement technical condition, its technology, the statistics of the residential buildings condition and a model of the modern northern settlement.
